DSLR Astrophotos

The new Canon D60 is working like a charm, as advertised and just plain awesome! I obtained a Astronomik CLS Filter for Canon, attached it to my William Optics 110FLT and started imaging.

This page has some of the results. I live in a heavily light polluted area and this camera is not sensitive to the red end of the spectrum. Therefore many short exposures are combined and the image processed in photoshop. Not before being stacked in Deep sky staker available here:

This program rocks! just load and stack, then import to your favorite imaging software and start your art!
